Battery Chargers/Analyzers

MarathonNorco Aerospace produce high-performance battery charger/analyzers whether the application is military, aviation, medical, industrial or commercial.

The RF80-K is the industry's most popular and trusted aircraft battery charger/analyzer. It offers a choice of several charging techniques, such as ReFLEX, constant current, constant potential and two-step constant current. The patented ReFLEX charging system charges batteries faster, without heating, and in as little as one hour while simultaneously reconditioning the batteries. Battery analysis is automatically performed by the RF80-K with a preprogrammed charge-discharge-recharge cycle that matches the characteristics of each battery type.

The famous CASP family comprises the most sophisticated and versatile battery support instruments available for reconditioning, analyzing, charging and maintaining rechargeable batteries at the peak of their performance. As such, they are vital to the operation of video and television equipment, aircraft systems, medical devices, communications gear and portable computers.

The ProEase CASP family includes three models. They have the same standard features and advanced functionality, but with varied power levels. At 350 watts per channel, the CASP/2500 provides the highest charging power, while the CASP/2100 and CASP/2200 offer lower charging and discharging power capabilities at a lower price.

Battery Management

The ProEase DataFX is the most versatile and affordable battery and cell monitoring instrument available. It provides a complete, hardcopy battery servicing report, automates the battery servicing process, calculates battery capacity and operates independently without the need of a personal computer. It has been specifically designed to monitor nickel-cadmium and lead-acid aviation batteries.

As an option, DataFX delivers key data acquired during the service task to an EPSON® compatible serial printer through an RS232 port. This report is automatically printed at the end of the task. Also during the task a copy of the display data can be printed out by using the print button.
